I was sitting on the curb waiting for the rest of my little tour group to return so we could load up the jeep and head back to town. While I was waiting, this stray dog stopped for a moment to check me out.

In walking around the sea walls, I was befriended by this dog one evening. Though I mean no disrespect at all, she was probably the most mangy and rough-looking dog I'd ever seen - she howled in agony near constantly from the intolerable itching and scratching she was enduring. Truth told, I was afraid to pet her lest I pick something up myself.

But having said that, she was a nice dog and we did buddy around together that evening - this is the best shot I managed of her.
